We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Internal Holiday Sales Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the guest queries of holiday packages via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Education: Gradudation, diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field; experience in the travel industry preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of holiday packages, travel destinations, and travel-related products.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
Language Skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
