Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer(Freelancer)

Company: QSpiders
Location: Bangalore (or as assigned)
Experience: 15 years (Freshers with strong communication can apply)

Job Summary

QSpiders is looking for an enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to train students and professionals in communication, personality development, and workplace readiness. The trainer will play a key role in preparing candidates for interviews, corporate environments, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on Communication Skills, Personality Development, Interview Skills, GD & Presentation Skills
Train students on corporate etiquette, body language, confidence building, and professionalism
Prepare candidates for placements and client interviews
Design and deliver interactive sessions, role plays, mock interviews
Track student progress and provide individual feedback
Maintain training reports and session documentation
Coordinate with placement and academic teams

Required Skills

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Strong presentation and classroom handling skills
Confidence in public speaking
Ability to motivate and mentor students
Basic knowledge of corporate culture & interview processes

Qualifications

Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Certification in Soft Skills / Communication (preferred)
Training or teaching experience is an added advantage
