Key ResponsibilitiesCraft winning procurement strategies for MS/SS sheets, copper coils, PCBs, heating elements, plastics & bought-out parts – secure top rate contracts!
Lead your purchase team to hit bold KPIs: 5-10% YoY savings, 100% OTIF delivery, optimized inventory turns.
Be the go-to interface with customers & vendors – master negotiations, resolve supply queries, build powerhouse relationships.
Sync with production, stores & quality for zero stockouts; spot market trends in metals/electronics for smart decisions.
Must-Have Qualifications & SkillsGraduate (B.Com/B.E./B.Tech) | MBA/Supply Chain PG = Big Plus
15-20+ yrs in manufacturing procurement (8+ yrs leading teams in appliances/consumer durables/electronics)
Power Skills:
Negotiation ninja with proven savings wins
Supply chain pro (inventory, lead times, dual sourcing)
Excel/Sheets wizard + ERP master (SAP/Tally/Busy)
Stellar communication for vendors, customers & teams
Strategic visionary + team leader
