You''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our rolling stock and infrastructure while contributing to renovation and modernization activities. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance Managers, Team Leaders, Industrial Teams), coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of leading the team in maintenance and servicing activities, but also support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and team development.
