About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving problems.
  • Providing product/service information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass qualification
  • Fresher and experienced both can apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of Customer handling.
  • Sales
  • No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
  • Looking for Immediate joiners only
  • Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts:

  • Rotational shift, rotational WO.
  • No night shifts
  • 6 working days with 1 rotational week off
