Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure successful execution of strategies.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, helping them develop their skills and achieve team goals. Provide training and guidance on best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall team’s performance.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that KPIs are met or exceeded. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and senior management, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate the ROI of digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media. Should have Strong Domain knowledge in Paid campaings and Website devlopment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and strategies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
