Job Description

  • Troubleshoot customer network issues including DNS, DHCP, IP configuration, routers, modems, and connectivity problems.
  • Provide quick technical support for device setup, configuration, and resolving MAC/addressing or network performance issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experience in solving technical queries.

Candidate must be fluent in english.

Candidate must be complete his /her graduation in B.tech and BCA.
